What inspired you to join HCapital Finance Ltd and take on the role of Managing Partner?
I joined HomeWork first as the Group Chief Operations Officer, then was promoted to this role. I believe that the Real Estate Industry is in an advantageous period where there are more possibilities following the growth from December 2024. We believed as an organization it is important to help more people grow their wealth, also considering that the Real Estate Industry has one of the safest investment options.
How do you plan to differentiate HCapital Finance Ltd. from other Real Estate Investment companies in the market?
HCapital plans to break the barrier to entry in Real Estate Investment Portfolio, our main strategy is to consciously build generational wealth for those who engage in our products. We are creating these products while following up on the need we identified in our ecosystem.

Our strategy is to comb through every cadre of influence and status so in every home we have at least 2 HCapital Real Estate Investors.

Transparency and Simplicity is our strategy. In a world where people are skeptical about investments, transparency is the change-maker and a major deciding factor. Our industry promises stability on high profit-low risk investments.
How will you prioritize legacy building for HCapital Finance Ltd.’s Clients through Real Estate Investment?
From inception HomeWork Group has been doing this. We have had groups of students who invested and got their monies back with interest, Families who built their properties and wanted the same done for their for their children.
Legacy building is a default for us and HCapital is leveraging on this to build.
Can you share your vision for the future of HCapital Finance Ltd. and its impact on the real estate industry?
The vision is to contribute in building and crafting happy fulfilled individuals where no matter what happens in an economy they are financially secure to live their best life.
What challenges do you anticipate in your new role, and how do you plan to overcome them?
One of the biggest challenges would be getting people to understand how Real Estate Investment works we project that we would need patience to properly educate our target market. Another challenge is Fear, but at HCapital our tagline is Trust Is Tangible so you as an Investors can see what your money is doing and we will constantly intimate you on the details.

My leadership style is collaborative and inclusive. I ensure that every team member has a voice, is empowered to play to their strengths, and stays on track with their deliverables and goals. I also prioritize alignment with the company’s vision so that, together, we can drive collective achievement and contribute to the company’s overall success.

My innovative approaches would center around the Tech and Digital sphere, we are going to try and leverage on every technical and digital development as it relates to our industry to ensure we always stay ahead of the curve.

As a group at HomeWork Africa we have been part of the success story of Real Estate in a way that leads to Wealth transformation.
It has changed the lives and status of different people. At HCapital as the Managing Partner we want to do more by influencing the investment finances and portfolio of its stakeholders thereby creating more wealthy and influential individuals.
HCapital is buy Nigerians for Nigerians so the people in the Diaspora have a huge advantage as investors with HCapital. Everything has been put in place to ensure seamless, transparent and low risk investments.

Asides profitability we would collate client satisfaction and feedback surveys, analyse them and work on improving them. These would ensure our continuous growth is in line with our growth checklist.
How do you plan to utilize technology and data to enhance HCapital Finance Ltd.’s Operations and Client experience?
We would leverage data analytics for smarter investment decisions, risk management, and performance tracking. On the client side, we use digital platforms to enhance transparency, streamline communication, and personalize engagement. We are also working on a website that provide our clients with information at their fingertips,with regards to their financial information.
Can you discuss any partnerships or collaborations you plan to pursue for HCapital Finance Ltd. to expand its reach and impact?
We are planning on strategic partnerships with banks and players in the Fin-tech space.
The goal is to expand HCapital Finance Ltd.’s reach, enhance our service offerings, and streamline financing solutions for our clients and development partners.
