Remo Stars have been crowned champions of the 2024/2025 Nigeria Premier Football League.
The Ikenne-based side defeated Niger Tornadoes by a lone goal via Bello Adedayo’s 88th-minute goal in a match day 35 encounter.
They have now become the first team from the Southwest and the first privately-owned club to lift the trophy in 25 years.
